PROJECTfreelancer.com
Need a project or service provider?
If you have a project that needs some short-term resource that you do not have inhouse, then we can help. Post your project for FREE. Freely discuss your project with members. Then, if you feel - choose a member to help you implement your requirements. None of this will cost you a penny.
projectFreelancer.com differs from other 'freelance auction sites' in a number of fundamental ways.
- First, neither yourself or any of our freelancing members pay for an introduction. This fact frees you from a number of hindrances that are imposed by other sites. For example, you are free if you wish to: exchange contact information; discuss hourly work or simply use the service to ask a question.
- Secondly, because discussion is free (as in open), you and our freelancing members can fully discuss your project. You can then be fully confident bidders have a full understanding of your needs. If you decided that one or more members have demonstraited good understanding, communication skills, etc..., you can invite them to make a bid in order to complete the work.
Details on how the service works.
- Many freelance members regularly check the site for projects that fit their skills profile. Additionally, new projects are emailed and are available via an RSS feed.
- A client posts a project onto projectFreelancer.com and provides as much information as is appropriate.
- Any member can participate in an online forum discussion about the project. This phase serves two purposes:
- It allows providers to make a full assessment of the projects requirements and fully clarifies the details.
- It gives the client an idea of who may be appropriate, in terms of: communication clarity/ timeliness, skills and ability, and professionalism.
- If at this point the client feels that a freelancer is required to do some work, then they can selectively invite members to put forward a bid to complete the work.
- The selected freelance members are free to place a bid for the project, or bow out.
- The client is then free to select or reject any bid that has been put forward.
